The Fed’s Government Services Administration (GSA) has just focused their Fall 2009 Intergovernmental Solutions Newsletter on “Engaging Citizens in Government“. The report highlights over 20 case studies, profiling civic engagement efforts from redistricting in Ohio to participatory budgeting in Brazil. The newsletter also looks at many online engagement efforts on a variety of policy topics.
