Michael Parks, former Editor of the Los Angeles Times, addressed the Common Sense California Organizing Committee (and other invited guests) on January 19, 2006. In his comments Mr. Parks used specific examples and his vast experience looking at events taking place in California to evaluate the current state of affairs and to suggest what steps might be in order such that California will fulfill its potential as a leading entity in the 21st century.
