Pete Peterson Named Executive Director of Common Sense California8/1/07Pete Peterson has been named Executive Director of Common Sense California. Coming from a background in sales and marketing, Pete has also been involved in politics as both a candidate (on the County level) and a campaign worker on both State and National office efforts. Pete is currently an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Public Policy, teaching a course on deliberative democracy and citizen engagement. Pete earned his BA in History from The George Washington University and graduated with highest honors with an MPP from the Pepperdine School of Public Policy. Pete and his wife Gina live in Santa Monica.
